Turkeyana Clinic is looking for Medical Tourism Sales Consultant who will join young, dynamic and international team of Turkeyana Clinic in Istanbul. 

Requirements

• University graduated or undergraduate 

• Advanced level of English

• Native Turkish speaker

• Proficiency in MS Office applications with prior experience in CRM programs

• Proven experience in telesales in plastic surgeries field. 

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients.

• Advanced negotiation skills

• Good in communication skills

• Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness

• Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone

• Persistent, passionate, enthusiastic and sales driven

Job Description

The candidate will be working in Tele Sales department for patients who would like to have their treatments with Turkeyana Clinic in Turkey. The candidate will deal with patient in all the phases of sales process. The job description includes but not limited to the following tasks:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the deal
• Inquiry follow up and turn the leads into sales
• Pass the required information clearly to the patients about medical tourism packages
• Prepare and share price quotations to patients for their medical packages
• Other tasks given by management
