QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Turkeyana was established in 2012 in Istanbul-Turkey, and it is engaged in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Dentistry. Aiming for Excellency, we opened our class A hospitals that is equipped with the latest medical technologies alongside with the best-experienced medical team and doctors.

Turkeyana Clinic is looking for Organization Development Specialist who will join young, dynamic and international team of Turkeyana Clinic in Istanbul.

 

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering, Management Engineering,

·       Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources field, 2 years of experience in Organizational Development.

·       Having knowledge and experience in workload analysis, organizational efficiency and organizational designs,

·       Good command of MS Office programs,

·       Preferably experienced in retail or e-commerce industry,

·       Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills,

·       Good command of English,

·       Strong analytical perspective, stakeholder management and coordination skills

Job Description

·       Taking an active role organization transformation,

·       Taking an active role in data driven workforce planning within the scope of Organizational Development

·       Identifying future organizational needs in line with the company's vision and acting in line with planning,

·       Carrying out the necessary analyzes and studies to create the most appropriate organizational structure for the strategy and needs of the company, and following the implementation of the changes,

·       Developing internal organizational processes and providing solutions for projects in order to ensure organizational efficiency and maintain sustainability,

·       Carrying out norm staff management studies by making department productivity & workload analyzes,

·       Creating the norm staff (headcount) of the departments and following the update of the norm staff and making the necessary analyzes,

·       Determining the job size of each position by making job evaluations of managerial positions
