• LLB Degree from a reputable university,
• Maximum 2 years Experience,
• Ability and willingness to work as a team,
• Integrity and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality,
• Decision making, multi tasking and problem solving skills,
• Excellent command of English,
• Influential communication, presentation and timeliness skills,
• Eager to learn and enrich the business,
• Experience in Banking Law and Corporate Law will be an asset,
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up internal and external legislations and bringing in legal insight and ensure compliance,
• Attending Board and Board Level Committees sessions and drafting meeting minutes,
• Reviewing and adjusting the resolutions to be submitted to the Board and Board Level Committees,
• Following and finalizing the processes regarding shareholders matters,

• Following necessary works for the Bank’s General Assembly meetings,
• Carrying out notification or prior authorization to the BRSA or other regulatory and supervisory authorities,
• Providing legal support to the Legal Adviser in Board General Secretariat.
