General Properties 

We are seeking high potential candidates for our Management Consultancy Service. Management Consultancy Service provides internal consultancy to senior management to help organization execute strategies to achieve growth, lower costs, acquire/retain customers, develop new products and improve distribution channels.

• Bachelor’s degree from Business, Economics or Engineering,
• 3-5 years of experience at a relevant position,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills are highly required,
• Ability to deliver to the point presentations with a solid narrative,
• Skilled to set, plan and accomplish goals under tight deadlines,
• Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork,

Job Description

• Working close to executive management and assuming an internal consultant role,
• Assisting Business Groups to prepare actionable business plans and formulating solicitation plans based on business plans,
• Monitoring the business results, identifying pain points and suggesting result oriented actions,
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis to suggest actionable solutions to businesses,
• Effectively communicating with the whole organization at all levels,
• Aligning the management around strategic issues,
• Developing projects in collaboration with businesses to help them achieve their goals,
• Incorporating financial information when evaluating strategic options,
• Understanding how business units operate and how sector trends impact their business strategy,
