We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to take part in Şişecam Group located in İstanbul, Tuzla.

• Bachelor’s degree with major in related departments (preferably a master degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Preferably having a knowledge of SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors and Qlik
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills
• No military service obligation (for male candidates)
• No restrictions for domestic and international travels

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing strategic consultancy in the area of all subjects related with Human Resources
• Receiving workforce planning suggestions from headquarters, factories and reporting datas for evaluation
• Controlling recruitment, promotion and internal transfer processes within the boundaries of approved budget
• Taking an active role in processes of career planning, learning & development, performance management and succession planning
• Working closely with human resources specialists of Şişecam factories and group industrial relations departments in order to work on cost model and data analysis related to collective labor agreements and corresponding topics
• Providing reports to relevant departments
