We are looking for a Inventory Planner to take part in Sisecam Headquarters – Supply Chain Function located in Tuzla / Istanbul;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferable Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Systems Engineering or relevant)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, supply chain, planning
• Analytical thinking and proven ability to solve problems with sustainable results
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
• No restrictions for domestic and international travels

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Calculate and update inventory parameters (lead time, safety stock, order point etc.) for each Aftermarket (AFM) SKU using Supply Network Plan and relevant S&OP outputs (forecast accuracy, demand fluctuations etc.) and work closely with Supply Network Planning and Demand Planning teams
• Determine slow moving and obsolete inventory based on inventory parameters and generate the list of finished goods to be disposed in collaboration with Finance and sales
• Provide inventory related input to queries by Order Fulfillment Responsibles
• Actively communicate with Aftermarket (AFM) Senior Demand and Supply Planner to ensure mutual understanding regarding tasks and performance expectations
• Execute & complete the tasks assigned by Aftermarket (AFM) Senior Demand and Supply Planner on time and at expected quality
• Take part in the demand planning projects led by Supply Chain Development and Integration
• Provide input to Aftermarket (AFM) Senior Demand and Supply Planner for him/her to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics and provide support in the maintenance of these reports
• Assist Aftermarket (AFM) Senior Demand and Supply Planner with taking corrective actions and/or providing operational insight for the unachieved goals in the performance reports and KPIs
• Escalate any issues to Aftermarket (AFM) Senior Demand and Supply Planner in a timely manner and assist in discussions and solution finding process
