We are looking for a "IT Solution Owner (Planning & Optimization)" to take part in Şişecam Headquarters;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant fields (Preferably Industrial Engineering and Business Engineering)
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Integrated Planning and Optimization processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP APO, IBP Modules or ICRON Application
• Knowledge of SAP PP Module
• Architecture & Design / Solutioning / Development experience
• Good command of English
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
•  Customer oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and facilitate solution design workshops and business requirement gathering meetings with multi-function and multi-disciplinary participants.
• Participate as a key member in business process modelling initiatives
• Bridge the gap between business processes, SAP/non-SAP technology and integration with other applications and processes.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and technology to translate business requirements into concrete, specific projects that drive measurable value to the organization and align with Sisecam IT Strategy
• Implementations roll out and production support for relevant IT application solutions. Hands on configuration and technical design, integration, and problem analysis
• Provide technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design
• Analyze, design and develop a road map and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
• Manage and enhance relationships with solution providers and other external partners
• Advise business/ IT leaders as to emerging trends in the industry and suggest new ways of doing things that would facilitate greater leverage of technology
• Partner and drive partnerships with key vendors to introduce new technology
