We are looking for a Compliance Manager to take part in Şişecam Group located in İstanbul, Tuzla
- Min 7-8 years experience in the field of internal control, audit, compliance or legislative alignment
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary operational and strategic requirements for undertaking compliance programs, audits and investigations
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- BSc/BA in economics, finance, business administration or related field
- Excellent skills in analyzing and interpreting complex rules and regulations and applying such knowledge to provide solutions to business problems and issues
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence others
- An understanding of key risks, laws, legislation and regulations impacting insurance industry is highly desirable
İŞ TANIMI
- To determine the Group's strategy for compliance, to coordinate and coordinate compliance activities throughout the Group
- Establishing policies, regulations, procedures and similar documents and instructions at the level of complying with the internal and external legislation of the Group
- Establish monitoring and reporting systems that are necessary for timely and effective fulfillment of legal obligations
- Conduct compliance policy and procedure assessment. Support development of new or updated polices to address new risk areas or to improve operations and/or internal controls.
- Conduct compliance risk analyses. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk. Develop and implement action plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Execute internal auditing and monitoring for policy compliance.
