We are looking for a Senior Technology and Analytics Specialist to take part in Sisecam Headquarters – Sales & Marketing Technology and Analytics Directorate located in Tuzla/ Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management programs, masters degree is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
• Worked as a project manager, process owner or related roles with cross functional teams at least two large scale Sales & Marketing ERP, CRM or Analytics projects
• Deep understanding of ERP (SAP, Workcube, Navision etc.), CRM, Salesforce, SAP Analytics, CPM(Corporate Performance Management) analytics tools and other reporting tools & softwares
• Knowledge in project management tools like Jira, MS Project and other MS Office tools
• Have an understanding of emerging technologies in the context of sales and marketing (e.g. CPQ)
• Having experience in evaluating performance reports, monitoring and reporting KPIs.
• Good command of English
  
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player.Analytic, problem solving, result-oriented mindset.
• No restrictions to travel in and abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assists the creation of a technology roadmap to support the commercial initiatives in line with IT.
• Acts as a business translator on IT related projects by bringing its know-how on business processes and the technology requirements in line with Şişecam strategies.
• Ensures Şişecam' different business units' systems are able to communicate with each other to enable better cross-product group collaborations.
• Controls and supports instant and accurate real time data flow.
• Supports phase outs of inefficient systems and finding financially feasible alternatives to support with the digitization journey of Şişecam.
• Assists in establishing a data management infrastructure to develop data architecture and collection methodologies in coordination with the IT department; through deep know-how of sales and marketing processes.
• Specializes in technologies regarding Sales & Marketing including system design, implementation and monitoring the system.
• Provides input to direct supervisor for him/her to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics and provide support in the maintenance of these reports.        
• Assists his/her direct supervisor with taking corrective actions and/or providing operational insight for the unachieved goals in the performance reports and KPIs.
