QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field,
- Min 7 years of key accounts or field sales experience,
- Fluent in English,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent negotiation, communication and networking skills,
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems creatively,
- Understand key account management in terms of customer relationship management and customer service management,
- Drive, self-motivated, high on achievement; result-oriented, able to work under pressure,
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and work in a team-orientated environment,
- Active driving license,
- Completed military service for male candidates.

We are looking for a "
Key Account Manager" to be based in Altunizade/İstanbul. Reporting directly to Deputy General Manager/Domestic Agencies and Sales, the position will be responsible for the following tasks and duties;
- Managing potential and existing customers,
- Developing customer research strategies, researching potential customers and taking an active role in the potential identification of these customers,
- Negotiate and collaborate with customer stakeholders through business planning process and provide commitment,
- Preparing presentations for customer visits in line with expected targets, investigating their needs, finding solutions, producing projects to maximize customer satisfaction, company development and profitability ratio,
- Managing the procurement and contracting processes,
- Developing and supervising the after-sales service,
- To act coordinately with the brand strategy,
- Working closely with the logistics department,
- Reaching sales targets,
- Analyzing and keeping track of competitors in the industry,
- Monthly key account analysis.
