We are currently looking for “Warehouse Operations Leader” who will be responsible for thewarehouse e-commerce division side of Decathlon and also works with our logistics partner, providing the most effective and satisfactory service and ensuring the management and alignment of different processes in the warehouse!

 What are we looking for?

• Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments
• Has a good command of written and spoken English
• Has 2-3 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Has a good organization & planning skills
• Loves to work in the field
• Can adapt  in a fast pace environment  
• Is able to analyze risks to make good decisions
• Is challenge & result oriented
• Is good at stress management
• Is able to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and nights on a regular basis

• Create an ambitious challenge based on the vision of the warehouse and country project

• Develop your team to be “stronger than you” in order to ensure the ongoing success of Decathlon
• Ensure reliable deliveries for the customers (right time, right quality and right cost) with a reliable stock
• Ensure the processes are in align with the different departments fore-commerce activities and for the warehouse operations
• Accompany and follow each of your department leaders to be compliant with his/her targeted KPIs 
• Focused on lean management and continuous improvement
• Validate invoices related to the operations and suppliers
• Do the budget planning and ensure the best possible article cost
