Experience:

• Graduated from 4-year undergraduate departments of universities,

• Experienced in talent acquisition processes,

• Successful in business planning and process monitoring,

• High communication and persuasion skills,

• Preferably with a good command of English,

• Those who reside/may reside in Istanbul/Anatolian side or Kocaeli,

Responsibilities;

• Ensure that the most suitable candidates are selected by using proper resources (Kariyer.net and LinkedIn Recruiter, company candidate pool ), and position-based assessment tools.

• Coordinating the hiring team during recruitment process and informing them periodically about the progress of each role,

• Improvement of candidate experience level during whole hiring process by getting continuous feedback from candidates and acting with proper improvement ideas,

• Making the necessary plans for the orientation process of newly hired employees and monitoring the effectiveness of the on-boarding process,

• On going one to one follow with the newcomers to ensure best level of satisfaction,

• The fixed-term contract period will be 6 months, and a re-evaluation will be made at the end of this period.
