Social Compliance (Csr) Auditor

We are looking for Social Compliance Auditors who have the qualifications listed below that will control compliance with the rules governing the working life of companies in the supply chains of international brands in line with customer standards.

• Bachelor's Degree qualified with at least 1 or 3 year experience as Social Compliance (CSR) Auditor,
• Experienced in SA8000, BSCI, Sedex, CoC social compliance audits,
• Preferably have SA 8000 Auditor Certificate or Lead Auditor,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication,
• Positive, proactive, strong and dynamic personality with advanced organization and communication skills,
• Willing to travel both domestic and international,
• Having a driver license and actively driving,

İŞ TANIMI

• Audit planning and leading the audit team in case of assigned Lead auditor,
• Conduct audits as per SOP or Client defined procedures,
• Audit reports must be generated and forwarded to technical review as per agreed timeline per audit standards,
• Attend Technical review  comments on priority,
• Deliver the audit reports to office with all required documents developed and collected during the auditing process,
• To take necessary actions on suggestions/instructions given by the management and superior,
• Update all amended/revised audit procedure, audit documents, audit manual/client requirements on time,
• Following all the quality aspects requested in the procedure,
• Maintain data security and confidentiality,
• Update and maintain audit log ,travel sheet, expenses claim incurred on audit activities,
• Participate in training, workshop as part of continuous professional development,
• Comply to all ethical requirements of the company and strictly follow the code of conduct without any digression,
