Position Summary

We are currently looking for a part-time/contract Façade Inspector to support our newly developed Smart Façade Inspection (SFI) service. The Facade Inspector shall diligently prepare the building façade inspection report according to the certified Engineer specifications.

Aligned with the overall strategy, the Façade Inspector works closely with our Project Manager and the certified Engineer to ensure that project goals are met.

Key Requirements

·         Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural or Architectural

·         At least 5 years of experience in facade inspection and maintenance activities

·         Good command of English language, both oral and written

Key Responsibilities

·         Use SFI platform to assess façade defect images and provide rectification recommendations

·         Read architectural drawings and use 3D model for defect location

·         Work with certified Engineer on the generation and assessment of building façade inspection report

·         Ensure report is in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore
