Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in multinational quality control/consultancy companies
• Strong reporting skills
• High level of MS Office knowledge and practice
• Knowledge on ISO 9001 quality management system
• Good command of spoken and written English
• No restrictions for travel (having Class B Driving Licence) and for working within flexible hours
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Having experience in due diligence works is a plus
• Having experience in design of various civil structures is a plus

Job Description

• The staff will be based in our İstanbul office, however, he/she will be appointed as quality control inspector in our Real Estate & Infrastructure Division for the projects in Turkey and abroad. So, the position requires that the staff travels for short durations in case of need.
• Quality control of the materials and the construction, performing review of the design, reporting the findings and the results
• Following-up and reporting of the necessary tests and experiments during the construction process
• Determination of the defective applications and controling the corrective actions
• Controlling the progress payments of the contractors
• Reviewing the projects issued by the contractor
• Participation in acceptance process
• Following-up of the schedule and issuing notices in case of variation
