Our global retailer client which operates in sports industry is looking for a "Store Senior Financial Controller".

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with basic accounting and audit / financial controlling experience
   
• Innovative, challange taker, rigorous, service oriented for sports user
   
• Likes practicing any kind of sports
   
• Good command of both spoken and written English
   
• Military status completed or exempted for male candidates

• As a Business Partner, to optimize the management duties and assist in making decisions which contribute to lasting profitability
   
• Act as a counter-power, alerting as needed and proposing corrective actions
   
• Ensure that all accounting records reflect precisely the business reality and adhere to both company standards and local tax and accounting regulations
   
• Communicate accounting figures simply and effectively to operational contacts
   
• Share the best practices and the financial and commercial knowledge to help them analyse their business autonomously
   
• Promote the development of the colleagues
   
• Challenge current practices if needed and propose new approaches
   
• Boost the business through financial and commercial support
   
• Be a reference in terms of business & analysis
