We are looking for a talented individual to join the Informa Markets team as a Marketing Executive.

As a member of the Informa Markets marketing team, you will help to plan, develop and implement excellent marketing campaigns for our events in line with the strategic objectives of the business.

This is an exciting role working on some of the market-leading events in Turkey.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having at least 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in exhibitions or conferences
• Having a related university degree ( preferably Marketing, PR, Department of Communications etc)
• Ability to multi-task under pressing deadlines
• Being a team player 
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proven ability to deliver and exceed targets
• Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Proven ability to deliver targets against key commercial KPIs
• Very good command of English in both written and spoken
• Being able to present strong leadership competencies
• Very good MS office, especially in excel and ppt

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exhibitor marketing: produce tools and educate exhibitors to promote their participation and attract visitors to the show
• Contribute to the strategic marketing planning
• Prepare media plan including barter arrangements for advertisements in trade magazines and websites
•  Ensure the effective execution of the exhibitor and visitor marketing campaigns
• Assist/Manage event website including content management and website optimization
• Gain an understanding of the international related market
• Timely management, production and consistency of all printed and digital materials in cooperation with related managers
• Realization of barter agreements with publishers to maximize exposure in trade media
• Timely and detailed reporting and forecasting on visitor registration, conversion rates and demographics
• Writing and/or editing promotional copy, press releases and email campaigns
• Identifying future growth areas and through analysis of data and market intelligence reports together with Business Intelligence Team
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required
• Comply with Informa Markets Sustainability Policy and actively contribute to Informa Market’s commitment to sustainability
