Investor Relations Manager

We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join Üçay Mühendislik, which is responsible for the investor relations activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

·      Having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses.

·      At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial reporting, capital markets and IFRS/CMB reporting.

·      Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

·      Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel as well as Powerpoint).

·      Advanced level of presentation and reporting skills.

·      Good at analytical thinking, research and problem solving and being result oriented.

·      Ability to work multi-task, accurately and on a timely basis.

·      Excellent communication, leadership and management skills.

·      Coordination capabilities with different departments and fields, comfortable working with professionals at all levels of seniority.

·      Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity and self-motivation.

·      No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·      Following the operational changes through ongoing relations with company top management and informing the investors of these changes through KAP.

·      Responding to written and verbal information requests from investors and analysts.

• Providing timely and accurate answers to investor questions, analysts and shareholders.

·      Attending to the investors’ meetings, roadshows and conferences.

·      Ensuring the preparation of annual activity reports and maintaining CMB relations.

·      Examining analyst reports and preparing summary reports for senior management.

·      To ensure that the Electronic General Assembly is held.

·      Developing an investor relations plan.

·      To take necessary measures by following performance measurements for investors.

·      To carry out and develop relations with CMB, BIST etc.
