UGUR TEKSTIL is a leading garment production and exporting company, supplying ladies woven garments to well-known brand names in Europe, is seeking for MERCHANDISERS for its headquarters located in Mersin with below qualifications; 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree in relevant fields (preferably engineering),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Excellent command of business English in verbal and written is a must, additional excellent command of German or Spanish is an asset,
• Carry out customer relationship management, sales-marketing, pricing and offer preparation processes,
• Pro-active, analytical, quality and result-oriented, change and improvement oriented,
• Planning, organization and problem solving skills,
• Well-developed team working, time management and communication skills,
• Well organized and strong daily follow up skills,
• Capable of creating solutions quickly and decisively,
• To have textile knowledge and to be able to make production follow up,
• Advanced computer skills- Good command of MS Office Programme is a must,
• Have no obstacles to travel domestic and international,
• Male candidates should have completed military service obligation

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Manage all customer relations and communication,
• Prepare collection and samples according to customers’ requirements,
• Prepare costing sheet to asses product price,
• Prepare an offer file and submit to the customer for order placement,
• Manage fabrics, accessories, printing, embroidery, samples, fit, etc. processes related to the order and follow the relevant customer approvals,
• Follow up the production steps of the orders according to the related customer standards to make sure the garments delivered on time with acceptable quality,
• Providing the correct information flow to the customers, the suppliers and the technical department using CP(Critical Path) Method
