Job Description
We are looking for teammates who are eager to learn and develop state-of-the-art technologies, solve complex problems, deliver production quality output on time, with strong communication skills, work ethic, and can-do attitude. This position will be responsible for developing high quality SW code for future mobile communications technologies. Candidate will also be responsible for documentation, testing, debugging.

The main responsibilities of the candidate are:

·        Participate in SW design meetings of protocol stack building blocks

·        Design and development of high quality SW and algorithms from Rel. 15 and beyond 3GPP specifications

·        Integration and testing of developed code into main product line

·        Work in harmony with engineers from a diverse group of disciplines and with engineers from most renowned R&D companies of Turkey and Europe

·        Implementation/testing of the selected algorithms in C++ or in Object-Oriented fashion on selected hardware (ARM, x86 or any virtualized state-of-the-art RTOS environment)

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar, OR Computer Science

·         C++ programming skills

·         Knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design

·         Excellent understanding of wireless communications

·         Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

·         Good knowledge of version control SW, Git, SVN

·         Agile code development methodologies

·         Minimum 3 years of development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Multi-core, multi-threaded software design and implementation skills

·         Hands-on experience with Linux development environment

·         Experience on 3GPP LTE protocol stack or similar specification implementation

·         Ability to grasp brand new telecommunications concepts

·         Experience on modelling complex telecommunications systems on Matlab or NS2/NS3
