QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ULMA Packaging S.Coop. specializes in the design, production and technical servicing of packaging machines and systems, and is one of the leading companies in the world.
ULMA Ambalaj Makine San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., which is 100% owned subsidiary of ULMA Packaging S.Coop.,is  seeking for a "Sales Engineer" with following qualifications and skills;
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
2 to 3 year proven experience in Business to Business sales and/or in industrial machinery’s sales, Sales experience in packaging machinery is a plus,
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
Passionate about sales and strong selling ability, negotiation skills, result and business oriented, proactive,detail oriented,
Effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills,
Willing to work cooperatively within a team and reporting skills,
Good command of MS Office software and use CRM tools,
No restriction and willing to travel extensively and frequently (%80 out of office) within Turkey, including overnight travel,
Valid driving license (B class), active driver with minimum 3 years’ experience and clean records,
No military obligation for male candidates,
Residency in Istanbul, preferably in Anatolian Side.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sell Packaging Machines and Systems,
Achieve Sales Budget with deadlines,
Acquire New Business in target sectors,
Develop a High Level of application know-how in Packaging,
Map Targeted Sectors in Turkey,
Identify Market Needs and Application Trends,
Actively demonstrate Product Solutions to potential customers by conducting visits
Maintain existing business and cross sell / Up Sell where require,
Develop a detailed sales plan and prioritize sales activities, monitor Market prices.
Identify Critical Issues in his customers’ packaging application, Analyze needs, Create solutions,
Turn product specs to benefits and promote high End Product Solutions,
Be a product solution provider by identifying customers’ Decision Making Unit,
Prepare pricing quotations, sales agreements and order files,
Prepare weekly and monthly reports of customer visits, projects, payments and collect receivables,
Follows up customer obligations on sales agreements (payments, documentations, etc...),
Drive order and delivery process (ordering, shipping and invoicing) with sales support team,
Monitor installation and start-up of machines and equipment to finalize the sales with customer
satisfaction.
