Export Senior Specialist

We are looking for an “Export Specialist” to be assigned to Umur Kırtasiye, which has its own brands such as Umix, MyNote, Notix and distributor of brands such as Stabilo, Pilot, UHU.

 Job Description:

• Conducting foreign target market research related to the stationery sector, eliminating the market entry targets according to the analyzes, increasing the market share with new businesses in foreign target markets,
• Determining the needs and customer benefits in the target market, targeting and pricing the final target with Category Management,
• Monitoring restrictions and threats related to competitors in foreign markets, making price analyzes and taking  business development actions,
• Realization of export budget sales objective,
• Actively participating to the  domestic and international fairs, conferences and business forums,
• Execution of export the processes in parallel to the aggreed incoterms, customs regulations and foreign trade payment methods together with the relevant teams.

 General Qualifications:

• Graduated from Engineering Departments of Universities,
• Having at least 2-3 years of Export Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Export Operations experience, preferably in the stationery or production sector,
• Having knowledge of foreign trade legislation,
• Having advanced level of English speaking and writing proficiency, controlling 2nd language,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively, terminate and use SAP,
• Having a strategic point of view, able to think analytically and result-oriented,
• Closely following internet technologies and new e-commerce trends,
• Customer-oriented mindset, prone to the teamwork, giving importance to the business details and strong followup ability,
• Have planning, coordination and reporting skills.
