  • Bachelor's degree in related field, 
  • 3 years’ experience as a Product/Merchandising Specialist/Supervisor, preferably in a high-end retail environment 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English. 
  • Ability to create and direct displays with a focus on product and brand consistency, 
  • Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines, 
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, 
  • Ability to work independently, 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Flexible, positive attitude and the ability to accept and give constructive feedback, 
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams to determine processes, best practices, etc., 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, manager and vendors, 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Ability to travel to store locations. 

 İŞ TANIMI 

  • Expected to be knowledgeable about company needs and goals. 
  • An integral part of merchandising management is monitoring the sales histories of various products to maximize efficiency of retail space, 
  • Maximizing company sales and profit through the effective direction and management of all aspects of product development and procurement. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that all products appear in the right store, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities, 
  • Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and effectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary, Define and ‘own’ the overall ranging strategy ensuring that through effective range control process and price architecture, the product selected is in line with consumer trends and in line with sales and margins targets, 
  • Ensure margin mechanics operate such that the range and pricing architectures deliver the desired percentage and cash margins, 
  • Ensure that the range changes include new product launches; clearance activity, overstocks and implementation of new floor range stock are executed with careful planning and liaison with Stores, Marketing, Suppliers and Distribution ensuring that any information is distributed in a timely manner, 
  • Ensure that product and range performance is monitored taking the appropriate action to ensure the identification and agreement on action plans to deal with best and worse sellers in order to optimize performance, Develop forward promotional strategies ensuring that all events are properly planned meeting margin and sales targets and all results are properly analyzed
  • Producing layout plans for stores, 
  • Planning budges and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges, 
  • Analyzing previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s lines, Develop effective communication mechanisms to ensure that new product development launches on time as planned and to agreed specifications, 
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure a mechanism is in place for managing quality problems with products in the marketplace, 
  • Work closely with the Logistics teams to ensure that there is a joined up process between inbound and outbound stock movement, 
  • Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers i.e. price points, colors and styles and ensuring that best sellers reach their full potential, 
  • Monitoring slow sellers, and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary, Working closely with marketing department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales, 
  • Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers, 
  • Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
