Heinemann) and manages the world's largest duty-free shop area and offering travel retail services on an area of over 60,000 square meters at Istanbul Airport. We are representative of the prestigious and retail location in Istanbul Airport with over 2.500 employees.

There is a wide and luxurious product range after Unifree Duty Free stores ticket and passport control. It offers the sales service of products such as liquor, tobacco and confectionery, perfume and cosmetics, and accessories to Airline Passengers. Unifree has 103 sub-operators and a total of 134 local and foreign stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recording financial information and documents in accordance with legal regulations and company procedures,
  
• Monthly and annual period closing processes are carried out in accordance with the closing schedule,
  
• Monthly preparation of financial statements and trial balance control tables,
  
• Follow-up of income/expense accrual transactions,
  
• Follow-up of loan interest accrual and payment records,
• Preparation and control of fixed asset tables,
• Monitoring and development of E-invoice, E-ledger, E-Archive applications,
• Active role in SAP/FI, AA, MM and e-transformation developments and process improvements,
• Supporting the preparation of requests in the audit (independent, full attestation and internal) process and additional reporting requests,
• Taking an active role in the SAP S/4 Hana transition project,
• Commercial reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Banking etc.),
• At least 8 years of experience in the relevant field,
• Competent in the effective use of SAP and Ms Office programs,
• Experience in SAP as a key user,
• Experience in SAP/FI, AA, MM modules,
• Preferably with Sap S/4 Hana migration experience,
• Experience in e-invoice, e-ledger and e-archive applications,
• Preferably fluent in English,
• CPA license holder,
• Experience in Import Export Accounting,
• Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills and able to take responsibility,
• Careful, systematic, able to manage time well and work regularly,
• Strong follow-up and planning skills,
• Closely follows current tax legislation and changes,
• Completion of military service for male candidates.
