Supply Planning Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Planning Specialist to work in our Çorlu Algida Factory. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• University degree preferably in Engineering departments
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good knowledge and experienced in SAP/MRP and SAP/APO
• World Class Manufacturing (WCM) experience is preferable
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Generating weekly production plan
• Close follow-up of production with production team
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and improve supplier capability
• Creation of purchase orders for materials and daily follow up
• Improving stock level while sec  uring customer service
• Manage inventory (product, raw materials and pack materials stock level)
• Close follow-up of sales with Demand Planning Department and production performance with Production Department
• Prepare master production schedule for rolling 24 months
• Run material requirements plan and secure availability of all requested materials according to master production schedule
• Setting of master data parameters of materials
• Be a part of Manufacturing Excellence program
• Strong Cooperation with Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, Demand  Planning and Marketing Teams
• Lead Supplier flexibility projects (VMI,Mikrun,etc.) to improve responsiveness
