We are looking for the IT Infrastructure / Security Executive who will work on new projects and improve our process.

What will you be doing as the IT Infrastructure / Security Executive for out operations ?

• Ensuring the continuity and integrity of IT infrastructure, network, and security operations
• Establishing and maintaining IT policies and standards in line with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Implementing governance frameworks for compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and KVKK
• Reporting IT performance, risks, and compliance metrics to senior management
• Managing cybersecurity strategies, incident response, and risk mitigation processes
• Overseeing vendor relationships and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Supervising IT asset management, access controls, backup systems, and infrastructure architecture
• Leading IT transformation projects and guiding cross-functional project teams

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT — preferably in areas such as:
  • IT Infrastructure and Operations Management
  • IT Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)
  • Information Security and Data Protection
  • IT Service Management and Performance Monitoring
  • IT Vendor Management
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and IT trends
• Expertise in project and change management
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, PMP, CISM, CISSP
• Fluency in English
