Job Description

• Coordination with relevant units and ensuring that necessary measures are taken so that production activities can continue without interruption
• Achieve operational goals by leading and motivating operations teams effectively and communicating goals and standards clearly.
• Evaluating daily, weekly and monthly performance reports related to production and ensuring that necessary actions are taken
• Manage cost, capital budgets and utilization to assure budget achievement and report out performance as required.
• Ensure successful transfer of new products into production through effective leadership and coordination with sales, R&D, Engineering and Quality.
• Develop the site’s talent and drive the sites people development and training process. Serve as coaches and mentors to employees under his/her supervision, providing training for important topics such as risk mitigation, safety protocols, usage of new equipment, and industry best practices.
• Execution of duties in line with occupational health and safety and environmental policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant and similar experience in food production operations. Factory management experience  in two different companies is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical major.
• SAP knowledge is required.
• Good knowledge of Quality Systems; BRC Food Safety Standard, Halal Certification, HACCP.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to lead, manage and develop a team.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, including the ability to recruit and retain a highly motivated team and nurture and mentor talent.
• Comfortable with making crucial decisions in high-pressure situations, choosing the next course of action through critical thinking and holistic analysis
• Proven financial management abilities with past responsibility.
• Excellent demonstrated technical skills to understand manufacturing processes.
