Regional Finance Performance Manager (6 months)

Your Main Responsibilities

• Support the Regional CFO in performance management, including, but not limited to:
• Manage all KPIs (Net Sales & Operating Profit, Cash & Working Capital)
• Provide analytics and insights to drive business performance and inform pricing, investment and innovation decisions 
• Drive robust cost control and embed Return of Investment approach
• Lead financial forecasting/budgeting and longer-term strategic planning processes
• Be the point of contact between BU CFO and regional units as well as regional and central teams
• Be responsible for collection and consolidation of information from various regions and provide a single view for cluster for Regional CFO and GM
• Design and deliver ad hoc performance reporting and analytics for a range of business requirements 
• Lead value creative activities/programmes on Gross Margin, pricing, media costs, ROI 

Skills, experience and qualifications

• A very strong academic record
• Excellent understanding of financial metrics and Financial processes
• Very strong track record of delivery in previous Finance roles
• Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, good team player, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines, great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical bias and Microsoft Excel skills
• PowerPoint capability
