•          1-2 years work/internship experience
•          B.Sc. degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering
•          Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English
•          Excellent command of MS-Office tools,
•          Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology
•          No travel restrictions
•          Residing in Istanbul-Anatolian side is preferred
•          B Class Driving Licence owner and active driver
•          Military service has to be completed for male candidates
•          Self-driven in following his/her responsibilities
•          Self-motivated, self-learner, ready to take initiative
•          Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships
•          Math and Modeling Skills used in Statistical Analysis 
•           Coordination of efforts in cross functional events
•          Can adapt to dynamic work environment
•          Has a clear vision of career goals

İŞ TANIMI

•   Forecast delivery and pickup volume daily, monthly, annually
•   Plan productivity targets for each center in accordance with the business plan
•  Perform audits to measure compliance on dispatch, service, measurement, operating plans,and staffing.These results highlight our strengths and weaknesses in the package operation. 
•   Develop accurate work measurement for the most effective operating plan and job setup.
•  Provide adequate methods, planning, and technical training
•  Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operation plans that support optimum performance and service and audit for compliance
