QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- University degree from related fields
- Fluent in English, second language is plus
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Very good command of MS Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in reporting and information sharing field
- High communication skills and compatible with teamwork
- Will able to adopt to intensive working area
- Preferably located in Arnavutköy (working place will be Istanbul Airport)
Job Description
- Working as Preferred Customer Associate
- Providing proactive and reactive information to customers,
- Ensuring internal communication between Customer Service and Operation department,
- Supporting and maintaining customer satisfaction,
- Having active role in export and import shipments operational process
Preferred Candidate
1 - 4 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
