Receives and prioritizes requests for new data reports to serve customer needs based on urgency and importance.

Collaborates with requestors to establish completion dates and ensure timely delivery.

Follows up with requestors on report specifications to ensure clear understanding of desired results.

Obtains data from Info-Library and other sources to populate reports.

Converts information into a useable format for operational decision-making.

Prints or publishes regularly scheduled reports for review and dissemination.

Develops reports to support improvement of performance and results.

   Follows best practices to ensure consistent high quality Small Package customer service.

   Develops monthly performance goals to track and evaluate service objectives.

   Analyzes performance metrics to ensure service processes and procedures support business objectives.

   Gathers performance trend data for senior management to determine improvement areas and raise expectations where appropriate.

   Assists in the development of the Small Package and Engineering operations balanced scorecard elements to align with corporate strategies.
