QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years Sales Experience ( preferably experienced in logistic industry)  
  • University degree is obligated,
  • Advanced MS Office Applications,
  • Driving license; with at least two years driving experience,
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to initiate and develop relationships both internal and external of the organization
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a demanding and stressed environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Teamwork, flexibility and self-motivation, and ability to manage complex activities
  • Open-minded to changing targets, results oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We are seeking active and energetic professional Sales Executive to join our HQ building located in Zeytinburnu/İstanbul 

  • To identify new opportunities and retain existing major accounts by focusing on developing lane segments, specific markets, products, routes or regions that target global business needs
  • To work and coordinate with Area Sales Managers on target accounts specific to new International Products and Services
  • To act as client advocate during pricing development, work with the Marketing group to develop pricing/proposals
  • To present and review proposals with clients, negotiate pricing and advise clients during the decision-making process, sell the value of the solution and the organization's business experience and ability to deliver
  • To obtain client commitment and agreement to proceed with project; monitor accounts to identify and address changing client needs, oversee client relationships and channel customer feedback
  • To work with operations to resolve client issues/concerns


Preferred Candidate

2 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
Class B
