• University degree in Textile Engineering
• Advanced level in English both spoken and written (esp. Technical English)
• Should be able to translate texts into Turkish and English

• Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

• Willing to travel (50%)  (according to the needs and after planning)

İŞ TANIMI

• Visits customers; listens and learns about their challenges and issues; provides textile application training on USTER products, and best practises on how to optimize their use
• Supports optimal application of USTER services
• Troubleshoots as required in textile application relative issues, as a pre- and after-sales support
• Facilitates and supports product and solution events, such as: seminars, symposia, shows, etc.
• Develops Application Handbooks for all products before their market launch and assists Marketing in developing product launch related materials (e.g. product presentations, technical specifications, application-related statements)
• Supports R&D with the textile tests involved when developing products (projects), as well as supports the innovation process in all stages
• Supports PCT and Production with clarifications, trainings, tests and trials
• Designs and executes trials for new materials, components, materials from new suppliers, etc.
• Supports drafting of product specifications and reviews product features
• Provides inputs based on customer requests, ideas and problems
• Provides sales support through customer visits, product presentations, product application analyses and symposia (as required)
