Description:

UXservices team is looking for a talented UX Designer with a strong UX portfolio to create intuitive and delightful user experiences. The successful candidate must provide a portfolio which demonstrates solid art direction and visual design skills. He/she must also be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and/or projects at once, without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed and able to thrive in an atmosphere of ambiguity and rapid development, while also bringing enthusiasm and a sense of humor to the set.

Need:

* Bachelor degree in Faculty of Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent education 

* 3+ years of relevant UX and/or Product design experience

* A strong proven portfolio creating great user-centered design solutions is an asset 

* Expert design applications skills (Sketch, Adobe CS) - Figma is a big plus 

* Ability to prototype with proto.io and/or Principle 

* Can think at all layers, from product design, to interaction, to beautiful pixels 

* Demonstrated success in designing and delivering compelling products in a high growth, fast pace rapidly changing environment that delight users 

* Ability think over user flows 

* Solid wireframing skills 

* Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, web and mobile interface trends 

* Great ownership and collaborative mindset to ship products 

* Data-driven designer with research knowledge 

* Identify user needs and align these needs with business goals, by transforming them into high-impact design.
