Accounting Specialist

Vivo Turkey is a smart phone manufacturer established in 2021 in Gebze Güzeller industrial zone.

Vivo, which is growing rapidly in the Turkish market; It aims to produce approximately 5 million pieces of device per year and to create more than 2000 new local jobs in the future.

We would like to invite new teammate as a “Accounting Specialist”

Responsibilities:

• -      Daily bookkeeping activities
• -      Follow up e-invoicing processes
• -     To be involved in the reporting processes prepared at international standards for the Headquarters
• -      Assisting with other accounting projects, as needed,
• -      Controlling transactions of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounts.
• -      Supporting on month-end closing activities in line with deadlines
• -      Be responsible for the realization and follow-up of daily accounting transactions
• -      Assisting with internal and external audits
• -     Recording daily invoices from customers and vendors to the correct cost center and type
• -      Performing month end closing activities.

Requirements:

• -      Bachelor degree in relevant departments of universities
• -      Min. 2-3 years accounting experience
• -      Excellent knowledge of Excel
• -      Ability to interpret financial data and strong analytical skills
• -      Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• -      Experience at “LOGO TİGER” will be an advantage.

Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Working type: Onsite - In the factory

Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
