Process Electronic Engineer

Vivo Turkey is a smart phone manufacturer established in 2021 in Gebze Güzeller industrial zone.

Vivo, which is growing rapidly in the Turkish market; It aims to produce approximately 5 million pieces of device per year and to create more than 2000 new local jobs in the future.

We would like to invite new teammate as a “Process Electronic Engineer” 

Requirements;

1.  Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering / Electronics related major, preferably from reputable University
2. Have good basic knowledge of electronic materials
3. Understand high and low frequency electronic circuits, analog circuits, digital circuits
4. Familiar with GSM communication principles and corresponding standards
5. Good at analyzing product technical issues, summarizing and make preventive counter measures
6. 2-4 years working experience in manufacturing field
7. Willing to relocate to near Factory Area, work on overtime, and work on Night Shift

Responsibilities;

1. Timely analyze of the production abnormality, promote an actions to ensure the quality of process and ensure the production continuity
2. According to feedback from production, maintenance, quality and MES system, identify safety, reliability and INT issues, timely analyze and find the cause of non conforming devices, promote a correction to maintain the functional pass rate and Quality Control pass rate
3. Lead the problem handling and push the improvement and preventive action
4. Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reiable and efficient, to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the product
5. According to the material requirement, priority use request, project guidance and other document requirements, timely processing the document to ensure the daily work results are good
6. Continously improve and reduce process loss in testing process

Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Working type: Onsite - In the factory

Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
