Vivo, which is growing rapidly in the Turkish market; It aims to produce approximately 5 million pieces of device per year and to create more than 2000 new local jobs in the future.

We would like to invite new teammate as a “Senior Production Supervisor”

Requirements

• Education background: Bachelor degree or above
• Knowledge and skills: Familiar with mobile phone production process, have strong organizational decision-making and management ability
• Work experience: more than 5 years of manufacturing management experience, identify with the company's core values
• Language: must speak a foreign language (English or Chinese)
• Other requirements: strong execution and result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit

Responsibility

1.Organize lean manufacturing and complete production instructions with high quality and quantity.

2.Pay attention to 6S management on production site to ensure safe production;

3.Department personnel training and development, talent echelon construction

4.Department humanized management and staff care.

Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Working type: Onsite - In the factory

Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
