QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from Engineering or Administrative Sciences departments of universities,
- 3 years or more general work experience,
- Advanced knowledge of English,
- MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Think-cell, Outlook (Advanced Level),
- Dominance of Turkish Commercial Code, Consumer Protection Law and TSE / ISO Systems,
- Communication, analytical thinking, result-oriented and conflict management competencies are developed,
- Expert in planning and coordination.
- To make trend and market analysis in order to make variance explanations during and after the budget period and to make comments on the realizations.
- Preparation and interpretation of regular or instant reports / presentations in order to support the decisions of ASS management.
- Creating and documenting process maps and related policies / procedures by making end-to-end process analyzes in order to increase efficiency in ASS processes (group and / or local), reduce costs and ensure compliance.
- To prepare and follow up the meeting agenda and action lists in order to ensure that the actions taken within the ASS Directorate are completed on time and completely.
- To follow up the actions to be taken by the ASS Directorate in order to complete the findings of internal and external audits in a timely and complete manner.
- Coordinating the program of the ASS Director (planning Authorized Service and meeting center visits, organization of internal and external meetings, travels, distribution and reporting of notes taken in meetings or travels, etc.) in order for the ASS Director to use his or her time efficiently.
- To determine and report areas such as products, services or processes that can be put into use by making field visits to generate revenue or reduce costs, by analyzing competitors (product, service, organization, etc.)
