QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Having a bachelor degree (Engineering is a plus)
  • In total 6 years experiences in all marketing function/areas and Customer Experiences
  • Having good knowledge of B2B/B2B2C dealer management
  • Having excellent knowledge of MS Office program, especially in excel
  • Retail know how and experience is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong project management skills with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
  • Result-oriented, Time Management
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (advanced level)


  • Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements – from purchase to product return to customer support.
  • Changing the current behavior and working style of business partners and sales teams related to customer service in each region for customer experience and drawing up region-based action plans
  • Devoloping projects in order to increase customer experience, and responsible for implementing all defined actions
  • Follow-up of customer experience scores throughout the year with various projects
  • Developing new insight methods in order to understand the market and trends and implement projects accordingly
  • Creating, coordinating, implementing and measuring the success of trainings that were not given to DemirDöküm before and from scratch, that will improve customer experience and ensure its sustainability with academic institutions
  • Manage, supervise, and execute all phases of market research studies: proposal, design, programming, questionnaire preparation, analysis, report writing and presentation
  • Developing methods and processes for collecting data and analyzing the collected data, organizing meetings with the relevant teams, presenting the results and creating an action plan with the participation of the teams
  • Determining the research methodology, sample and target audience by deciding on the qualitative and / or quantitative research techniques that best suit the purpose of the research
  • Creating, coordinating, implementing and measuring the success of trainings that were not given to DemirDöküm before and from scratch, that will improve customer experience and ensure its sustainability with academic institutions

Preferred Candidate

3 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
