We are looking for
"Export Sales Representative" to join our Export team at Vaillant Group Turkey.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering/Management/Economics or relevant field
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience preferably in HVAC Industry
- Excellent work ethics
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English
- Good command of MS Office software
- Strong communication skills
- Competent in teamwork
- Valid driving license and active driver
- Able to travel abroad
- Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures
İŞ TANIMI
Ideal candidate will be responsible for;
- Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the regional export sales target.
- Maintains regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations.
- Services existing accounts, prepares offers and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with the sales support team.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Prepares and analyses reports for customer visits and sales meetings.
- Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Focuses on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities.
- Follows up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts.
- Analyzing business models and demands of customers, conducting the necessary activities for fulfillment of those demands and ensuring coordination
- Provide in-house co-ordination to determine product needs of the market and to be producibility.
