Site Management Controller

You will:

• You participate to understand and challenge monthly closing. 

• You provide analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines) 

• You prepare the financial performance (weekly reporting), and KPI (Overdues Ext. and Int, Internal Control) and actions of Back on Track 

• You contribute to budget and MTP (mid term plan) processes (guidelines, recharges, standard templates…)

• You develop or implement standard management control tools

• You achieve specific ad-hoc analysis and on-site management control reviews 

• You propose solutions for solving litigations between sites (transfer price, R&D recharges…) 

You are…

• You are a graduate of Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration etc.

• You have minimum 2 years of experience and familiar with reporting in manufacturing area in audit sector or in manufacturing companies.

• You are experienced in IFRS/Turkish GAAP.

• Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English.

• You have strong communication skills.
