We are looking for Sales Engineer in Istanbul Tuzla Plant. 

• Engineering or Commercial degree with a strong affiliation for technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in New Business Development and cost calculation in Automotive field, preferably exterior lighting.  
• Advanced English level.
• Knowledge about plastic injection process and molds, welding and assembly. 
• Skills in Business Development and Negotiation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Work and maintain close relationship with assigned customers (e.g. Ford, VW Group, Renault, JLR, Tesla,…) 
  
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully 
  
• Be fully aware of new products and competition status 
  
• Manage commercial activities necessary to achieve the sales objectives set in the budget  
  
• Timely collection of customer needs to transform them into specifications to be submitted internally to the competent analysis bodies
