QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As an IT professional, you will support IT solutions in hospitals and medical practices worldwide. You will support project management and jointly plan the roll-out of complex IT systems and configure our medical software for digital image management. Of course, you will also be present during the on-site installation and experience the enthusiasm and appreciation of the doctors and clinical staff for the solution you have implemented.


Your tasks

  • IT technical support for our national and international customers and partners - 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Project support for the implementation of system enhancements or new installations.
  • Customizing the hardware and software to be supplied by us. 
  • Installation of servers (Windows & Linux), workstations (Windows) and integration into the customer's network environment.
  • Support, training and on-site monitoring of users during the implementation phase.
  • Follow-up with customers remotely - also via videoconference.
  • Maintain stable and performant IT operations. 
  • Analysis and elimination of faults (remote).


Your profile

  • You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist, network specialist, IT service technician or another comparable qualification - also lateral entrants.
  • You work in a structured way, think and plan before you act.
  • You want to and can work independently and organize yourself.
  • You are not satisfied until you have solved a task or problem well and sustainably.
  • You love satisfied customers and their appreciation of your performance - you care!
  • You value making a positive contribution to better healthcare through your actions.
  • You also love to inspire international customers and have the willingness to travel of 10-20%. 
  •  You already have several years of professional experience in the field of installation and customer support
  •  You know you can't know everything, but you are motivated to learn new things.
  •  In addition to English, you have a good knowledge of German.
