We are seeking a “Business Analyst” to take part in software development processes in significant projects in banking / insurance sector. We are currently working from home during Covid-19 Pandemic.

Key Responsibilities

• Having meetings with the project key holders
• Gathering, negotiating and documenting the requirements
• Preparing analysis documents including flows, validations, mockups
• Conducting the tests end to end with the customer
• Preparing project status reports
• Preparing project plans

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree preferably in Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mathematic / Telecommunication with at least 2 years of experience in BA
• Improve themselves in software life cycle steps and project management
• Experience in business processes
• Getting requirement details
• Creating flow diagrams based on the requirements
• Documenting user stories based on the requirements
• Preparing mockup screens to visualize the requirements
• Meeting management
• Excellent analytical ability, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with business
• Analytical and creative thinking skills to solve problems
