QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for "Business Analysts" to take part in software development processes in significant projects in banking / insurance sector.

Get the opportunity to work with our global teams in implementing custom applications for the needs of financial institutions. If you enjoy leading modules and task assignments and have knowledge in Banking Operations, functions and applications; then you will definitely enjoy working with us. 

What you will do: 

• Attending to requirements gathering meetings 
• Writing Business Requirement 
• Documents with adequate inputs Mapping of requirements to the modules / features 
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business, 
• Defining business requirements 

Skills / Requirements: 

• Min. 3 years of experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree in related departments 
• Prior experience in Dynamics CRM is good to have 
• Basic Scrum knowledge Knowledge of writing software application/product documents 
• Ability to prioritize the requirements 
• Ability to consult the solution and development team
• Analytical thinking and problem solving 
• Oral and written communication skills
