The expected qualifications are as follows;
- Bachelor's degree preferably from HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial orManagement Engineering and other related departments
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, career planning and talent management functions
- Preferably experience in IT ındustry
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
- Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation, planning and organization competencies
- Multi-task executer, detail-oriented and analytical
İŞ TANIMI
Position responsibilities:
- Managing all the recruitment process of the company end to end
- Conducting resume and phone screens, face to face interviews with applicants
- Coordinating all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates
- Conduct face to face competency based interviews in English and Turkish
- Coordinating onboarding and orientation processes
- Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions
- Collaborate with the vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and to acquire young talents for the organization
- Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization
- Supporting and accomplishing Organizational Development processes and projects
- Advising on human resources processes and applications
- Taking a role in employee engagement, internal / external communication and employer branding processes
- Providing regularly various HR reports to management
