We are seeking a “Junior Pre-Sales Bid Consultant” to take part in bid management processes in significant projects in banking / insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the bid qualification process for new opportunities
• Managing virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, and finance, commercial, legal and delivery
• Analyzing RFP / RFI issued by client, with regards to all economical / financial aspects, and define the bid operational strategy taking into account the commercial strategy
• Preparing technical and commercial proposal files
• Contributing in cost and price calculation
• Ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
• Reporting in accordance with all applicable requirements and routines
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company, product, and industry through continuous education
• Being a team player curious for new technologies and willing to work in an international environment

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Telecommunication with at least 2 years of experience in Bid Management, Bid Writing, Pre-sales and/or Project Management
• Has the ability to successfully address specifications in the context of tendering with adequate level of details and quality
• A communicative and highly motivated team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Resourceful and proactive, and driven for further success
• Ability to follow instructions received orally or in written form
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude working in a high pressure environment with challenging deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
• Having experience in software industry preferably in Omni-channel banking and/or CRM will be considered as an asset
