 Desired Skills and Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical discipline 
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position 
• Experience working with Enterprise customers 
• Ability to work various shifts, weekends and holidays, and operate in an on-call environment. 
• Ability to grasp new technical concepts and complex system workflows, understand cause and effect for actions taken in a business process or software system. And act as the liaison between the customer and other technical teams 
• Ability to collaboratively work in a team environment / able to work with a variety of personality types both internally and customer facing. 
• Advanced level knowledge of Windows Client and Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, Certificates, Clustering 
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and associated network protocols and concepts. (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, SSH, TELNET, SMTP, ) 
• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell 
• Familiar with multitiered architectures, web integration technologies, authentication mechanisms, cloud technologies (Azure) 
• Strong customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Good verbal and written English communication skills (including technical writing). 
• Special consideration for candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment and administration 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide day to day operations and in-depth technical support to our offices and global customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technically complex, escalated problems. 
• Troubleshoot hardware and application issues. Provide technical documentation for the troubleshooting steps. 
• Gain a deep understanding of the Dynamics CRM application including complex deployment and feature configuration by supporting Dynamics CRM. 
•  Provide constant and ongoing communication with customers regarding support case progress. 
• Create accurate, reliable, and complete technical content including Knowledge Base articles, training documents, blogs, etc. 
• Ensure proper, timely follow-up on customer requests to ensure service level agreements are met and client satisfaction is high?
