Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical discipline
• +2 years continuous experience of providing first line technical support
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a capability to provide user support for Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Apps for business, user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user administration. Email & web browser troubleshooting, PC hardware setup and configuration and DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP addressing and computer networks.
• Strong customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively interact with others at all levels via face to face, on the telephone, and written means.
• Logical approach to problem solving, with a drive to find a solution without sacrificing on quality.
• Positive attitude and confident of own technical skills.
• Pro-active approach to contributing to service improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of Incident & Problem management requests relating to the workstation environments
• Creation of a Windows base build with a standard set of software products running on all the devices and deploying with minimal user interaction.
• Packaging and deploying applications via SCCM, managing software catalog.
• Provide day-to-day operations and in-depth technical support. Troubleshoot hardware and application issues.
• Create accurate, reliable, and complete technical content including Knowledge Base articles, training documents, procedures, etc.
• Ensure proper, timely follow-up on all requests to ensure operational and service level agreements are met.
