İŞ TANIMI

• Orders or disposition via online systems
• Checking of order confirmations and clarification of invoice differences
• Support to the responsible category manager
• Purchase of indirect material without a framework contract with specified suppliers
• Negotiation of site-specific services unless there is a regional or global framework agreement
• Commissioning of technical services in consultation with the triggering department
• Monitoring of delivery dates
• Daily clarification of complaints
• Efficient management of local suppliers
• Procurement of replacement and follow-up tools in close coordination with the responsible Category Manager
• Creation and maintenance of the base data
• Maintenance of the volume contracts triggered by the project purchase
• Coordination of missing / expired volume contracts with category manager or project purchasing
• Processing of orders (acceptance of EBM order) via ERP system
